TribuAmericas, Inc. is one of the top Wings of Love, Inc. Foundation’s social development programs for the Latino community in our hemisphere.
Founded in 1998 as an independent Latin American journalistic project, TribuAmericas, Inc. has been operating since 2005 as a Wings of Love, Inc.‘s subsidiary in the officially called Netizen* Latino Journalism Program that promotes the development of trustworthy journalistic online media network in Spanish language (a Latino Citizen Journalism Network) on the World Wide Web.
The difference between the Wings of Love, Inc.‘s Netizen Latino Journalism Program in TribuAmericas, Inc. and ordinary online news websites is that TribuAmericas, Inc. is more than daily last minute news, it’s a think-tank for the Spanish speaking small and medium companies and entrepreneurs, focused to help them to take important decisions for their personal lives, business and/or professional activities.
So, subscribers and visitors to the TribuAmericas, Inc. website decide what are the key news or topics they are interested in, what they want to know, what news are important for them to follow up and analyze, based on niche-market or social/professional activities profile.
The Netizen Latino Journalism Program operating in TribuAmericas, Inc. is not citizen blogging, neither pretends to compete with large commercial mass media corporations on the web. It seeks to strengthen professional unbiased journalistic research about top world issues in Spanish language at the Internet.
The basic contents are always for free, but subscription to deepen into think-tank information and professional analysis is a low cost service, just to financially support the work of professional journalists and the operative maintenance of the websites.
Wings of Love, Inc. agreed to support TribuAmericas, Inc. considering that there are few journalistic options in Spanish language for the growing Latino community in North America (United States of America and Canada) at the time that online news sources for Latin American Spanish speaking news junkies do not always match their true interests.
